Eve's Garden

Waterfront South Market

Andrea, our exness resident farmer and the Director of Sustainability Initiatives at the CFT, has started a very small farmer’s market in our neighborhood. Greens are coming in for harvest, and so she and the junior farmers have set up a stand near the local thrift store, Clothes from the Heart, and is selling the produce at 25 cents a bundle to the neighborhood. It has been a great success. One of our key goals sit to get fresh vegetables into the hands of the women of the neighborhood. Great job, Andrea!

A Sprawling Garden

Eve's Garden in the Waterfront South neighborhood is the “seed bed” for the work of transformation that the current situation of the environment, all over the globe, demands. We thought we could create a space in which people, of all faiths, could gather to reflect on their responsibility for the environment and to learn, both by hands-on activity, as well as through further education, how exness platform they could begin to lessen their own impact on the environment, advocate for action on the part of their families, faith communities, and neighborhoods. The garden includes a large, modern greenhouse, community gardens, and many educational efforts.
